Solid Brass Premium Sash Pulley With 2 1/4" Wheel
Description
Finest quality forged brass window pulley with chromed steel axle and sealed bearing. This pulley can be used with sash weights up to 1 3/4" diameter and #45 sash chain or smaller. The 2 1/4" diameter wheel is precision machined for flawless operation. The radius ends of the faceplate allow for easy mortising with a standard 1 1/8" router bit.
Dimensions: Wheel Diameter: 2 1/4". Faceplate: 5 7/16" H x 1 1/8" W x 1/8" Thickness. Housing: 2 7/8" H x 1 7/8" D x 7/8" W. Wheel channel: 3/8" W x 3/16" Deep.
May use #10 sash cord or up to #45 chain.

Beautiful, but too big for us

We purchased these to convert our old wood windows back to the weight /pulley system. The pulley wheels were beautiful and well crafted, but too big for our windows. (my error in ordering wrong size). They would handle the weight of much bigger windows. So we did not end up using them. However, our window restorer had another client who purchased all 4 of the pulley wheels from us- so everyone was happy. Although I did not have to return these items, it appears that the return procedures would not be hard.
