With its crisp edges and oval insert, this simple design works equally well with Colonial, Craftsman or Modern interiors. The low profile is a great choice for windows with blinds or interior shutters (hook style sash lifts can catch or obstruct). Recreated in cast brass from a vintage original, it comes in six popular finishes!

Hardware Tip
A flush mount sash lift has a recessed portion which is mortised into the wood of the window sash. This allows the lift to have a small projection and be almost flush with the window sash.

Good looking, quality hardware.

We purchase an old turn of the century American 4 square. We had most of the original hardware and, fortunately, have been able to purchase the missing pieces from House of Antique Hardware. The color is not an exact match but the size and pattern are identical. Hopefully, with time they will blend together.
