Great for picture rail hanging
Comments:
We opted for this for picture rail hanging even though that wasn't the listed purpose. To make it work, we used 12g brass wire to make small jump rings for attaching to the picture rail hook, and small S hooks for attaching to the hanging hardware on the backs of frames etc. Overall it looks great and seems very sturdy! Plus we needed a LOT and for the price per foot it couldn't be beat. Photo is of a heavy wooden mirror we hung.
Great hardware!

Great quality and a perfect match
Comments:
I used this chain to replace broken ropes on my 1920s windows. The dark finish compliments the wood finish perfectly. Looks like it's been here from the start.
Great sash chain

Looks like a million bucks!

Love this sash chain. It looks so amazing, The only thing that surprised me was that the item and the website didn't mention how best to attach it to my pictures. I MacGyvered it so it should be good.
Perfect Antique Look
Comments:
The chain is absolutely perfect! It is hard to cut, but that means it is sturdy and it holds up well with my antique picture hooks. The color is exactly as pictured. I will need to buy more!

I am replacing my window sash ropes with chain.
We used this chain for hanging items from our picture rail
Comments:
We needed to hang a heavy mirror from our picture rail. We found this sash chain and used it with the narrowest hooks we could find. We needed to pry open the chain link enough to fit over the hook. We wanted to hang the mirror with a separate straight chain to the picture rail from each side, not one long length of chain suspended from one centered hook. This sash chain did the job.
