Pair of Heavy Ornate Brass Surface Hinges - 5" x 11"

We had new doors built for under a three season cottage we own on a lake. I wanted a gold hinges to match the rest of the hardware on our cottage. Our builder could only find stainless steel hinges that were large enough that would work with the doors. The ones our builder initally used were basic silver and not attractive. He found these hinges for us and I love them. We have not put them on the doors yet but I know they will a classy look to the doors.

The ornate brass hinges are exactly what I have searching for to use on the rear door of a ""Horse Drawn Bakery Cart"". The hinges match the solid brass rails and fittings on top of the cart. The cart is made of White Oak, Hickory, Poplar and Mahogany/ I am building the bakery cart to honor the memory of my father who started working in a bakery at the age of eleven and rose to be production manager of three large bakeries during fifty-nine years in the baking business.
