So here's the problem - very nice looking, but it doesn't fully open. Even a small magazine has to be shoved in and it is difficult to get the mail out of it. I'm so disappointed. If I hadn't installed it, I would return it and I may have to change it anyway.

The bottom vent holes had a large knick in it, like a cutting wheel had accidently hit it, but other than that I love it.
