Bin Pulls

Comments:

A little expensive, but the quality and beauty is unbeatable.

Purchased again and again!

Comments:

Used in 2 homes with rooms that had a Victorian reproduction fireplace - shape and color blended and reflected the design of the fireplace hood.

The 140 year connection

Comments:

The St Louis Merchants Exchange, a magnificent structure completed at the end of the Civil War, featured the 7th largest room in the world, a successor to the then Chamber of Commerce with membership exceeding 4000. The St Louis grain trade had 50 marble top, walnut tables, four drawers for display of rail car grain samples, at one end of this room. The hardware on the tables was in keeping with the esthetics of the structure. The building, used for one Presidential convention, came down, victim of an urban renewal project in the 1950's. In 1980, I found one of the trading tables, the only one available in my search. I had it renovated, but I never found a suitable substitute for the ornate drawer pulls. I shopped again, recently, and settled on the 6"" Kensington Bin Pull, dark finish. It is in perfect harmony with the esthetic of the table. extraordinary
