Quality Control Issues

Comments:

Having restored furniture for over 15 years I was hopeful that I had stumbled upon a store with decent hardware...that does not seem to be the case based on the 10 fancy cabinent knobs I ordered here. Overall the knobs are solid, however of the 10 there were 3 that needed to be tapped so the screw supplied would actually thread nicely and one was marred and slightly rusted. With all of them my hands were coated with black paint after handling. I would have returned the items however the customer wanted them and I wanted the piece out the shop. In the future I will order authentic products elsewhere, it is worth the extra money.
