Plain Brass Screen Door Hinge With Cone & Ball Finials

While remodeling a store in 2009 to open an old-fashioned ice cream parlor and soda fountain, we acquired a huge 1900s oak humidor/apothecary cabinet in good condition except that most of the 16 hinges of the 8 pull-down doors in the bottom section were broken. Could find nothing locally, but found your store online and you had the perfect match, in antique brass. So I ordered one-size larger for durability, and everyone exclaims at the perfect ""restoration"".

Used this hinge for a thin wooden screen door on an inclosed screen deck. It has just enough tension to close the door correctly,. love it!

Simple design and look with great functionality. These hinges work. They eliminate the need for the clunky pneumatic door closers. Only drawback is you need to tend the door as it closes unless you are willing to put up with a slamming door.Bronzed finish instead of brass was just the look I wanted.

We installed these hinges 3 years ago on screen doors to our sun porch. We live in a rather windy area of Montana, and these hinges have held up beautifully. Highly recommend this product.

Good hinges

The sharp back edge of the hinge plates gouge the door when you pull it open if there isn't more that 5/8"" between the door and the frame. Worst design EVER!

Looks great and easy to install, but a couple of the screws broke.
