Description

Adorned with intricate patterns, this 6-foot French-style Floral Cremone Bolt is as lovely as it is functional. Cast in solid brass, a charming flower graces the knob, while the case and guides feature classic acanthus leaf motifs. Left un-lacquered, it may be kept polished, or allowed to darken naturally over time. Ideal for casement windows, cabinets, and armoires.

Dimensions: Bolt rods: 36" L x 5/8" W. Gearbox: 5 7/8" H x 1 7/16" W x 2 1/4" Depth. Knob: 1 6/8" H x 1 1/8" W. Center guides: 3 1/2" H x 1 1/2" W. End guides: 2" H x 1 1/2" W. Surface strikes: 1/2" H x 1 1/2" W. Mortise strikes: 5/8" H x 1 7/8" W.

Hardware Tip

Cremone bolts, surface mounted and spanning the height of a door or window, have upper and lower rods which extend to lock into the top and bottom of the frame when the knob or lever is turned.

stunning hardware

The Final Touch

These bolts are going to be gorgeous on my new custom built bar. Although it is not finished yet, and the bolts have not yet been installed, I can tell that they are well made and will operate easily. They are going to make a huge statement! They will be the final touch I was looking for and I cannot wait to see it completed!
