Is free shipping available?

Does House of Antique Hardware collect sales tax on purchases?

‣ Yes, the company does collect sales tax in specific states.

How do I know if I'm being charged sales tax for my shipping destination

‣ Sales tax amounts are displayed during the checkout process for those shipping destinations which House of Antique Hardware has a collection responsibility.

Why was I billed twice for my order? Why was my debit card charged for items that have not been shipped? What is a debit card “authorization”?

‣ HoAH does not bill your account until your order ships, at which time your bank “pays” us for the items you purchased.

Can I talk to a qualified hardware specialist?

‣ Yes. We have a full staff of qualified hardware specialists available during regular business hours.

Can I track my order online?

‣ Yes. To track your order, log in and click on My Account.

Do you accept returns?

‣ Yes. We offer a 45-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy.

Do you offer a warranty?

‣ Yes. All of our products have at least a 5 year warranty.

Do you have a print catalog?

‣ Although we do not produce a print catalog, our online catalog lists more than 11,000 unique items available for purchase.

What are your hours of operation?

‣ We are open 9:00 am to 8:30 pm, Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday.

Do you ship to Canada?

‣ Yes. We ship to every country where UPS delivery service is available.

Can you send UPS overnight?

‣ Yes. If you need to have your package shipped UPS Overnight, please contact us by phone during regular business hours.

Can you ship using my UPS or FED EX Account?

‣ Yes. However, a $5 handling fee may apply.

Can you match the finish / style on existing items?

‣ Usually. If an item is from a specific era or is of a specific style, our qualified staff may be able to find a suitable match.

Do you have a minimum order?

‣ No, we do not have a minimum order size.

Do you send samples?

‣ Yes. Please be aware we charge the same price for sample orders as all other orders.

Do you take checks or money orders?

‣ Yes, we take both checks and money orders. Please call us if you wish to pay by check or money order.
