The size of this knob was perfect for the 1890 cabinet I was restoring. The abalone shell was not however as shown. The shell part was not pretty. Because of the shape and weight, it was perfect for a project, but I took it to a jeweler and had the shell part replaced with a blue pau shell and then it became spectacular. Customer service was so nice, and very helpful. They hand selected the knobs and sent pictures. This ended up being a very expensive project, but happy with the final results.
