Edgewater Pendant

Comments:

I live in an upscale townhouse community but the porch light was a cheap and flimsy flush mount unit. The Edgewater Pendant is beautiful and substantial. It has immensely raised the curb appeal of my home!

Excellent light fixture for a classic look!

Comments:

I bought this for my wife as an anniversary gift and she loves it. It comes with everything you need to attach it to a junction box and wire it up. It even comes with nice LED bulbs that look great. I'll be honest, I secured it directly to the ceiling of our porch because our house is old and there wasn't a junction box. All works just fine and it's very sturdy. I did have to provide my own hardware to secure it to the ceiling, which is acceptable and reasonable. The only down side is that the chain has a rubberized coating which I found difficult to grab with pliers without marring. I'm not sure if there's any way to install this light without pulling a link of chain open to secure the light to the base plate assembly. I tried a few tools and found that very sturdy pliers were my best bet as they were less likely to slip and pull off the coating. I can't tell there were any issues now that it's installed. There is plenty of chain provided, so I recommend removing a few links to test out your best method.
