Hardware Tip

Question: How are butt hinges measured? Answer: The height is just of the leaf not including the finials and the width is the total open width of both leaves and the knuckle.

Quality shows in these hinges

I have tried to save money on hinges in the past, only to be disappointed with products that look cheap or finishes that don't last. These are solid, well-made, and very attractive. Given the time and effort put in to building a cabinet, the investment in quality hinges only makes sense.

Too bulky

Comments:

I needed a small ball tipped hinge so I got this one and although the dimensions were smaller, the hinged part and ball tips are wider and chunkier than the bigger sizes. Too clumsy looking so I opted for hinges that were 1/2 inch taller but not so chunky
