Medallions come with a factory applied flat white base and can be painted, fan finished, or even gold leafed.

Have an old home with plaster/wood lathe and old wiring. Had to have a larger Medallion to cover the area where wiring was redone and utility box was added to ceiling + centering the utility to the room

Covered up 12"" sq opening from old recessed light being replaced. Worked perfectly. Enhance, complimented original egg & dart door hardware and new Ovolo electrical covers. Went well with new designs if ceiling tiles. I did have to pull out the Dremel to modify center hole. Not much.

This medallion is beautiful! It looks authentic. I have not installed it yet as my contractor is painting to match crown. But, it is going to add the finishing touch to our 1930's home and new kitchen!
