a little cheap

Rosette and Bail Pull are brass, however, the Eye bolts which attach the bail to the drawer are brass plated steel. I wanted to age the brass for a more period look but brass plating only rust.

Refinishing a 1880's oak chest

These pulls replaced the damaged original pulls from an 1880's era oak highboy dresser that belonged to my wife's great grandfather. Though not identical to the originals, they were very close and look wonderful on the drawers.
