Description

This fine reproduction of a late 18th century Chippendale-style pull is a beautiful enhancement for drawers and cabinets alike. Cut from sheets of solid brass, it's ideal for new furniture, or as a replacement for a worn or damaged piece. It features a smooth, elegant handle for a pleasant feel, and the sturdy back plate will stand up to years of repeated use. The polished finish is left unlaquered, allowing it to age gracefully, just like the antique originals.

Dimensions. Back plate: 2 1/2" H x 3 5/8" W. Center to center: 3".

Hardware Tip

Un-lacquered brass is polished brass without the surface coating to keep the brass from tarnishing. Items that are un-lacquered may be darkened with our aging solution to a desired patina.

Excellent

Chippendale Bail Pull

Comments:

Restoring an early 1900's mahogany dresser with gorgeous carving. Everything was intact except for one drawer pull that was damaged beyond repair. This was a nearly perfect match.

English Chippendale Brass

Comments:

Unfortunately I had to return this product. The screws were too long and the handles were too tall. 2 of my drawers had keyholes at the top and the handles overlapped them. I was disappointed.

It Brought My Antique Desk to Life

Everyone who looks at my restored desk commented on the beautiful drawer pulls. They really make the desk stand out.

Just Beautiful!!

Comments:

I sanded and refinished a well used 70 year old solid mahogany bedroom set - Bureau, Chest of Drawers and bedside tables. I could not clean the very old hardware so I was thrilled to find these English Chippendale Brass Bail Pulls which look almost identical to the old ones. 3 inch center to center for the large pieces and 2 1/2 inch for the bedside tables. The furniture now looks beautiful! The hardware is solid, well made and fit perfectly. I am betting the furniture and hardware will last another 70 years!
