Door set dimensions: Solid brass oval knobs measure 2 11/16" H x 1 5/8" W. Backplates are 8 1/4" H x 2 3/4" W.
Latch dimensions: Backset is 2 3/8" or 2 3/4" - specify when ordering. Latch case: 1" diameter. Latch face plate: 2 1/4" H x 1" W.
Deadbolt specs: Decorative face plates are 4 1/2" H x 2 3/4" W. The deadbolt has a pick-resistant Schlage C keyway and a 1" throw. Multiple sets on one order will be keyed alike unless otherwise requested. To key individually or to match a specific key number, please call to place your order.
This set will fit doors from 1 3/4" - 2" in thickness, with a minimum 5 1/2" center to center boring for the latch and deadbolt. A "thick door kit" for doors up to 2 1/4" in thickness is available for a small fee. Please call for details.

I purchased a home built in 1910 but it had been remodeled a couple times. It doesn't look that old and I wanted to start making it look more to it's period of time so I started with the door knobs since I had to replace them anyway. Considering the price, the instructions could have been a bit more informative. I have never put in a door knob before so had to look up some of the terminology so I knew what part you were talking about at times since the pictures weren't always clear. Some real pictures and maybe a better list of parts. They are beautiful knobs and now I just need to replace the doors!
