Description

This distinctive Victorian-style bracket is a House of Antique Hardware exclusive! Reproduced from an 1880s Gothic-Revival design, it has a wonderful architectural quality, recalling the bracketed wood ceilings of medieval churches. It’s made of solid brass to provide sturdy support for shelves throughout your home. Choose from a polished brass or oil-rubbed bronze finish.

Dimensions: 9 1/4" H x 6 3/4" L x 1" W. *When supporting heavy items, longer screws fastened directly into blocking or wall studs are recommended.

Hardware Tip

Cast: Process where molten brass, iron or other metals are poured and formed in molds often made of sand. The products made in this manner are often thick and heavy.

Beautiful Solid Brass Brackets

Comments:

I purchased three of these for a shelf project and they are quite beautiful. I have not used them yet but it's pretty easy to tell that they are solid and well made, not a lot can go wrong with a bracket. I have not been disappointed with anything from House of Antique Hardware so I'm not surprised by the quality.

Exactly what we were looking for!

Comments:

My wife and I love the brackets, they are used for shelves over our wet bar. Weight and and detail all show quality in the brackets them selves, the screws that come with them are another story. I have worked in the construction field for 10+ years and after pre-drilling the holes almost to even too big I still managed to sheer 5/24 screws that went into the wood shelves. I went ahead and just changed out the screws that go into the wall with ones from a hardware store.
