Description

Our old-fashioned pierced tin single gfi cover plate are just right for colonial, country or rustic interiors. Formed from lightweight tin with a pleasing pierced design, they come in two charming finishes - darkened with a satin lacquer and antique rust. 4 5/8-inch H x 2 7/8-inch W.

Dimensions: 4 5/8" H x 2 7/8" W.

Hardware Tip

Stamped: Process of forming brass or other metals by using a thin sheet and pressing or stamping it into a mold. Stamped is the same as pressed or wrought and is thin compared with forged or cast.

Dandy Camoflage for modern electrick devices

Readers; Even tho I have restored a room back to ""Early America"" in my early 19th Century home, I still like the Edison invention of Electricity ! So, I have to 'hide' as much as possible the 21st century items that make life more comfortable(and safer!) This cover is a good example, its done 'old style' but allows for the 21st Century. All of these items are made for current style, size, codes, &tc. so they will fit all USA electric boxes. So have a look at how the 21st Century is 'married to the Past"". I also add an Image of the Room, to give you a complete undertanding

Very nice cover plates

These cover plates are a thin metal material, just what we wanted. They look great in our freshly-painted dining room. Not too showy, but just enough detail to stand out. A nice cover plate can really make a difference in a room!
