looks good, feels bad

Sorry but the design with its half or hollow drop looks cheap from all views except head on like the photo showed it. The finish is ""ok"" but not the beautiful patinated one in the photo, my two are only slighty tarnished definately not patinated.

The interior designer who commissioned this piece, liked the look of these pulls. They are well made, heavy brass casting with a well patinated finish. When the final coat of dark wax was applied, it bedded the hardware. The hardware looks like it been there for at least a century. It was a perfect choice. Happy client, happy designer. We will certainly work with you again.
