Comments:
Baseplate lies flat on wall and projection is close enough to uniform, but post not necessarily square to baseplate, thus rectangular rail support plate may not line up perfectly with rail. Grinding and polishing not consistent from bracket to bracket. Nothing here to prevent an installation but the brackets are not carefully made.
