Description
This small Eastlake style rosette is reproduced from a circa 1880s original. The stunning star design is captured in heavy-duty cast brass, with your choice of unlacquered, lacquered or antique finishes. Not for use on modern pre-drilled doors.
Outside diameter: 2 3/16". Inside collar diameter: 21/32". Please note, screws are 3/4" in length and may require trimming when rosettes are installed together with a mortise lock.

Hardware Tip
How do I know what door knobs will work with a particular rosette or door plate? The knob shank diameter should be a little less than the inside collar diameter on the rosette.

Great detail, but not as simple to install

Although this plate is exactly what I was looking for, I would have preferred that it was in the modern 3"" dimension. Most modern doors are pre-drilled with 2-3/8"" holes, so this plate is not suitable for my needs. However, I did find an adapter/conversion kit that will allow me to install.
