​This is an excellent hook and works well — no problems. I gave it four stars ONLY because it is a little long in that it hits the wall when I close the door. My doors are against the wall, so there is not a lot of room.

I have installed this product twice now, once in a retail clothing store and they love it-only glitch there going into dry wall need a little more support anchor in wall. Installed on wood panel in a residence and they also love it! tucks away nicely but also doesn't have to as it is attractive.
