This heavy-duty hinge is loaded with features found in more expensive models - two ball bearings for extra durability, classic square corners, removable stainless steel pins, and 1/8-inch thick extruded leaves for high strength. The 4-inch size hinge works for solid or hollow core doors.

Question: How are butt hinges measured? Answer: The height is just of the leaf not including the finials and the width is the total open width of both leaves and the knuckle.

the antique brass finish of the hinge is not the same as the antique brass finish of the handle sets. The handle set is more of a brushed brass and the hinges are more consistent with a true antique brass with darker hashmarks. It's not that big of a deal but I was surprised that they weren't the same considering it is the same company.
