I would not buy this again.

Overall the design is spot on. They went cheap when it comes to the base. Should be a solid base with felt on the bottom. They went with a hollow base that they superglued a plastic bottom to and the glue and the fumes distorted and ruined some of the chrome finish in places. For the price I would expect more.
I would probably not buy it again.

Works ok. Tips over if not careful grabbing the towel. It happened to me and broke one of the hanging racks.
