Love the switch plates

Unexpectedly extremely disappointed

I have bought these specific plates before. I have also bought many many switch plates and door knobs from HOAH in the past few years. They have all been beautiful and flawless. I ordered SEVERAL more of these for our bedroom and there are fingerprint imprints, scratches and some micro holes or cracks in the plate. It is useless no matter how much I try to polish it off. The fingerprints are permanent and some of the cracks are tarnished through from front to back and I cannot polish it completely out before lacquering. I wouldn't be upset at all if the ones I had bought previously looked at least similar. These ones I got will not match the ones I have bought before because those are flawless looking. I'm sad to lose the absolute trust I had in this company.
