Our reproduction privacy mortise lock with thumbturn and 2 1/2-inch backset was inspired by those used during the early 20th century on bedroom and bathroom doors. It features a 5/32" thick solid-brass face plate with a steel case and interior components. Suited for almost any decor, this lock is finished with our living antique patina! The set includes a solid brass thumbturn with oval escutcheon but can also be used with privacy backplates. Reversible for left or right-hand doors.
