These worked perfectly on our original picture hanging moldings, and the pattern and finish looks great.

We had just had plaster work (heavy decorative stucco) and painting done to our 1930's bungalo style home and were not looking forward to making any holes in the walls to hang art in the living room or family pictures in our bedroom. We used these hooks and they perform beatifully. The small family photos we hung in a decndig line with one hook and filiment line. We also used it to hang an antique mirror in the dining room. It was plenty strong. I am very pleased. They are decorative and saved my walls.

I used this item on a picture rail in an old 1895 tudor house with plaster walls. this item worked very well and was better priced than other sites.

You can skip nailing holes in your walls and grab a few of these lovely decorative hooks to suspend your art and photographs from. Our pieces are set in big, heavy frames, so we use 2 hooks per frame for security. A plus is if you get hanging cord (also available here) that is a close match to your wall. I guarantee you that a substantial number of your friends and neighbors will do a double-take when they see the hooks and cord, since they probably never knew what that moulding was for either.

Nice selection of hardware, and the picture hooks look great with the molding in the living room. Expected them to be a little more heavy-duty but are strong enough to hold 24"" frames. Great warm-toned finish.
