With its rugged, hand-hewn character, this sturdy entry set is a wonderful choice for any Colonial, Tudor or country-style home. A simple, curled lever handle on the interior plate adds a charming and delicate touch. Constructed of heavy-duty forged iron, its surface is phosphate treated then lacquered, for rust-resistant, long-lasting wear.
Door set dimensions: Exterior back plate is 16" H x 2 3/8" W. Interior back plate is 9 7/8" H x 2 3/8" W. Curled lever is 4 3/4" L. Stile Width: Min. 4-1/4" recommend 4 1/2".
Mortise lock backset: 2 1/2". Lock case: 6" H x 3 5/8" W x 15/16" T. Lock face plate: 8" H x 1 1/4" W. Strike plate: 4 7/8" H x 1 1/4" W. The lock includes a cylinder and 2 standard keys. This set is designed to fit 1 3/4" thick doors. Handing is required for this set. For questions about handing, for thicker doors or a double keyed option, please call for assistance.
This lock has egress and can cause lock outs if the stop button is not disengaged when exiting the door.
