I have bought some 40 of the brass hinges in various sizes--3"", 3 1/2"" and 4"" --in the past year and a half, mostly for a building inspired by medieval wooden churches of Scandinavia. The hinges are satisfactory in every way--solid, precision machined, and well finished. They may not be 'officially' authentic, but they fit in perfectly with the ancient spirit of the building, which has a slate roof and should, I hope, last at least a couple of hundred years. Obviously, only the best hinges will do!

Nice product for the price. Had to re-drill holes as noted by others no problem look great.

These were truly beautiful hinges. Unfortunately, we had to return them since the holes did not align exactly to our old hardware. However, if they align with yours or are a new install, they would look just beautiful.

Perfect hinges for the period door to my 100 year old Queen Anne.
