For true period ambience, nothing surpasses this 1890s Edison bulb. The clear, double filament emits a warm reddish glow that's perfect for mood or accent lighting. Offered in three wattages, ranging from dim (30 watt) to moderate (40 watt). E26 base fits all standard medium sockets. Choose from 30 or 40 watt.
Please note, Edison style bulbs are not as bright as modern bulbs of the same wattage and are recommended for exposed socket fixtures. The double loop filament is fragile and must be installed vertically (up or down); it should not be installed horizontally or on angle. These bulbs can be dimmed.
Dimensions Light Type: Incandescent M.O.L / M.O.D.: 4 1/2" L x 2 1/2" D Base Type: Medium / Standard E26 Bulb Shape/Size: Traditional (A19) Bulb Finish: Clear Wattage: 30/40 Avg. Life Hours: 2000 Voltage: 110-120
Carbon filament bulbs have a low lumen to wattage ratio like the originals. The wattage is for power consumption and does not specify brightness as these bulbs are dim compared with modern bulbs. Learn about hardware >
