Description

This fine reproduction of a late 18th century Colonial-style 3 1/2-inch center-to-center pull is a stylish addition to any bureau, chest, or table. Made of solid brass, it features traditional round rosettes and a swan neck characterized by a distinctive band in the center. It’s suited for use on new furniture, or as a replacement for a worn or damaged piece. Choose from a polished or unlacquered-brass finish.

Dimensions. Rosettes: 1" W. Center to center: 3 1/2".

Hardware Tip

Un-lacquered brass is polished brass without the surface coating to keep the brass from tarnishing. Items that are un-lacquered may be darkened with our aging solution to a desired patina.

Brass bail pulls

Comments:

The issue that makes my negative comment is that the threaded rod that connects the components, or it may be the round front connector internal threads, should be of better manufacture. Of the three bails I purchased, there was need for tapping the internal threads of the front round connector so that the threaded screw could be inserted into the connector. Fortunately, I own a tap and die set, and the chore was simple. However, there is no reason that the manufacturer (yes, it is in China) could not have done a better job in doing the work.

New life to old furniture!

Comments:

The bedroom suit is approximately 70 years old and has had excellent care. The handles that were on it were discolored and trying to refinish them was becoming very difficult. I did online research and found the new pulls on The House of Antique Hardware. I had to have a total of 29 pulls, so I wanted to make sure of what I was getting. The new handles were a perfect fit and was very easy to install. Made all the difference in the appearance of the furniture.

POsitive review of the brass pulls

Comments:

I had a hard time finding these pulls because I was re-finishing an old hutch. It had to be just that size and I loved the new brass fixtures instead of trying to fix my old ones. I was very pleased with the company.
