At the end of the 19th century, Gothic-Revival hardware was a popular choice for elegant homes and institutions. The authentic Yale and Towne design of the 16-Inch Colburg Thumblatch Entry Set with Maltesia Interior Knob features trefoil cut outs, stylized finials, and matching knobs, all crafted from durable cast brass. Bold and nostalgic, it greets your guests in true romantic style!
Door set dimensions. Exterior plate: 23 3/4" H x 3 3/8" W. Interior plate: 16" H x 3 3/8" W . Interior knob: 2 1/2" D x 3" P (including back plate thickness).
Latch dimensions. Latch face plate: 2 1/4" H x 1" W. Latch case: 7/8" diameter. Backset: 2 3/8" or 2 3/4". Strikeplate: 2 3/4" H x 1 1/8" W. Tongue: 1/2".
Deadbolt specs. Double and single cylinder options are available and must be specified when ordering. Deadbolt faceplate: 2 1/4" H x 1" W". Latch case: 1" D. Strikeplate: 2 3/4" H x 1 1/8" W. The deadbolt has a pick-resistant Schlage C keyway and a 1" throw. Multiple sets on one order will be keyed differently unless otherwise requested. To key alike or to match a specific key number, please call to place your order.
This set will fit doors 1 3/4" in thickness, with a 5 1/2" center to center boring for the latch and deadbolt. For thicker doors or other options, including dummy sets, split finishes, and additional knob and interior plate styles, are available by special order. Please call to order.
