Pair of Forged Iron Offset Mortise Shutter Hinges - 6" x 3"

These full-mortise shutter hinges have a unique curved offset to throw the shutter clear of the window. Made of heavy duty forged iron with a rough textured surface, they're a great choice for colonial or romantic home styles. The set of two includes one right hand hinge and one left hand hinge. The pin is removable, making the hinges easily reversible. Powder coated black to resist rust.

Dimensions (each hinge): 6" W x 3" H. Throw (distance between the two mortised sections when fully open): 3 1/2". When selecting the proper hinge size for your window, allow a minimum 1" clearance between the shutter and the surface of wall for ventilating purposes.
