Return Policy

Our "20 day - No Questions Asked" Return Policy for all products listed in our online catalog ensures your complete satisfaction. Please read the terms and conditions of this policy carefully and you must use our Return Form.

How it works

The 20-Day return- Merchandise ordered from our website may be returned in its original condition within 20 days of the initial ship date. The initial ship date is the date your package left our warehouse and is stated in the shipping notification email. Providing the returned merchandise has not been installed or altered, and arrives at our warehouse complete and un-damaged, we will process a credit for the returned item. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

After 20 Days - In the event a merchandise return is received after 20 days from the ship date we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee of 20%. We accept returns for partial credit if they are received up to 45 days after the initial ship date.

Items received more than 45 days from the initial ship date will be returned and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please package your return carefully! Any merchandise that is incomplete or damaged in return shipment is not eligible for refund.

Special orders conducted by phone may require either a higher re-stocking fee or be non-returnable. Such special conditions will be disclosed at the time of quote or sale.

How to return merchandise

We want you to get your refund as quickly as possible. Please help us by following these simple steps
  • Carefully repack the return merchandise in the original packing, including all parts.
  • Note – We do not pay or refund any shipping costs.
  • include a printout of our Return form.
  • To complete the Return Form, you may need information from the order confirmation emailed to you or the packing list enclosed with your order.
  • Include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you (if you cannot find this, you may use a copy of the packing list enclosed with your order).
  • We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse.
  • Mail all returns to the following address:

If the fault is ours

If you should receive an incorrect or damaged item(s), please call Customer Service at 888-223-2545 right away. If the fault is ours, we will arrange to pre-pay the return shipping on the item(s) and we will give you a refund or replacement.

Warranty

Please see our Warranty Policy for details if you believe your return request may be a warranty related issue covered under our 5-year limited warranty.

If you would like something different

If the merchandise you receive does not work for you, and you would like to purchase something else, simply follow the Return process outlined above.

Please note – we do not offer exchanges. We will accept a return item as detailed above and you can purchase a new item. If you qualify, a merchandise credit will be applied to the account to which it was charged. To receive a different item, simply place a new order online or call one of our Hardware Specialists. Please note that this will be a completely separate transaction, which will require updated payment information.
