2 1/4 inch Fitter Glass Shades

The 2 1/4" is the most popular fitter size, and comes in a wide variety of shapes, styles and colors. You'll find these used on wall sconces, bridge style lamps, gas and electric fixtures, chandeliers, and pendant fixtures.

3 1/4 inch Fitter Glass Shades

Featuring hand-blown and sandblasted shades, this size fitter is most often found on porch lights and pendant fixtures. These shades are fully enclosed, in ball or other decorative shapes.

4 inch Fitter Glass Lamp Shades

The second most common size glass shade is the 4 inch. Commonly found on gas and electric fixtures, pendants, chandeliers, wall sconces and more. They often have matching 2 1/4" fitter shades for gas and electric fixtures.

6 inch Fitter Glass Shades

Among the larger fitter sizes, the 6 inch is most often used in pendant fixtures. Available in classic colors, these shades faithfully reproduce Schoolhouse and Art Deco designs.
