Description & Dimensions

"Elegant simplicity" perfectly describes this classic New York design mortise lock set. The crisply tailored plates and brilliant octagonal knobs proclaim your refined taste, whether your style is Victorian, Craftsman or Classical in tone. Though the vintage originals were typically made of brass plated-steel, our substantial reproduction is forged from durable and beautiful solid brass. A heavy-duty mortise lock and two skeleton keys completes the set. Made to the highest standards, this lock guarantees you trouble-free operation and reliable privacy.

Door set dimensions: 12% lead crystal octagonal doorknobs measure 2 1/4" across. Back plates are 7" H x 2 1/4" W.

Mortise lock dimensions: Backset is 2 1/4". Lock case: 4" H x 3" W x 5/8" thick. Lock face plate: 6" H x 7/8" W. Strike plate: 4" H x 7/8" W.
