Description & Dimensions

Standard 2 3/8" back set tubular conversion latch with a double spring designed to fit in modern door cut outs and facilitate use of either original or reproduction antique door locksets with a standard 5/16" square or threaded spindle. The brass latch face plate measures 2 1/4" tall by 1" wide and the latch housing is 7/8" tall 5/8" wide recessing 3 1/8" into the door. The brass strike plate measures 2 1/4" tall by 1 3/4" wide. This latch is also available in 2 different finishes.
