Standard 2 3/8" back set tubular conversion latch with single spring. This latch is designed to fit in modern door cut outs and facilitate use of either antique or vintage reproduction door knobs with a standard 5/16" spindle. The brass plated steel face plate measures 2 1/4" tall by 1" wide and the latch housing is 7/8" tall, 5/8" wide and recesses 3" into the door.
