Antique Reproduction Early Edison Light Bulb - 40 Watt

Visually striking, the inverted shape of this historic bulb perfectly frames the delicate carbon filament. Reproduced from an 1892 Edison design, it looks wonderful in open socket pendants, sconces and chandeliers. Made in USA. 40 watts, 110-120 volts, average 2000 hour life. E26 base fits all standard medium sockets.

Please note, Edison style bulbs are not as bright as modern bulbs of the same wattage and are recommended for exposed socket fixtures. The long single loop filament is fragile and must be installed vertically (up or down); it should not be installed horizontally or on angle. These bulbs can be dimmed.
