What's a Backset?

Door set dimensions: Backplates measure 9 5/8" H x 2 5/16" W. Harrisburg levers measure 5" in length.

Mortise lock dimensions: Backset: 2 1/2" or 2 3/4". Lock case: 5 1/2" H x 3 1/4" W x 3/4" thick. Lock face plate: 8" H x 1 1/4" W. Strike plate: 4 7/8" H x 1 1/4" W. The lock includes a 1 3/8" cylinder and 2 standard keys.

This set is designed to fit standard exterior doors of 1 3/4" thickness that open inward. For reverse handed doors that open out, thicker doors, dummy sets or double cylinder option, please call for assistance.
